Accreditations

CJS Eastern are a highly motivated and qualified company working in conjunction with the Steeplejack and Lightning Protection Training Group and Construction Skills (CITB - Bircham Newton).

All operatives have gained their qualifications via a full apprenticeship or OSAT & EWPA routes for adults in line with the requirements of the Training Group and Construction Skills.

Each operative is qualified to NVQ standard for lightning protection engineer and the more experienced advanced lightning protection engineer.

They also have health and safety qualifications such as:

• CSCS - All operatives

• SSSTS - Experienced operatives/foremen

• SMSTS - Senior staff/management

Plus industry specific qualifications, including:

• IPAF

• Working at height

• Safe earth testing

• Bosuns chair/rope access

• NRSWA

• Exothermic welding

• Tower scaffolds

• Industry Certification / Accreditation - BSEN 62305:2006
