Testing lightning conductors, yes they had a CSCS card but it was for 'Site Operatives' only!

Do not get caught out by the cowboys, check to make sure they are competent and they can demonstrate experience & knowledge, ask to see their CSCS Card, if it does not say Lightning Conductor Engineer - NVQ II or III, don't let them work on your lightning conductors until they or their company can demonstrate the competence to your satisfaction, good protection for both you and the workforce.
