Recently found a website where a company that tests fall restraint systems on a roofs, state that whilst their up there why don't they test your lightning protection? Simple answer really if they have the qualifications, experience & knowledge and the easiest way is to see this is ask the company to send a copy of the operatives CSCS card that is going to do the test, they should have a minimum of a Blue or Gold CSCS card which clearly states on the back they are a Lightning Conductor Engineers, if not don't let them anywhere near your lightning conductors, it may also be wise to check they are qualified to test your fall restraint system!!!!
