I have just read a very well written article in the latest edition of ’Premier Construction Magazine’ which explains a simple but very effective way to assess whether or not a person is competent and can demonstrate experience & knowledge to work or test your lightning conductor/lightning protection system and what to do if they cannot produce a Photo ID CSCS Smartcard stating they are NVQ qualified Lightning Protection Engineers.
