Qualifications

All I hear these days is you need qualifications for this and you need certificates for that, why do they not get checked? If someone is working on your lightning protection system check their CSCS card is either blue or Gold and has 'Lightning Conductor Engineer' with either NVQ 2 or 3 written on the back, if they present a CSCS 'Site Operative' card this means they have demonstrated their Health & Safety knowledge, not they are qualified lightning conductor engineers, simples!
